Eligibility & Refund Details

  • Return Window: Items can be returned within 15–30 days of receiving the order, depending on the product. Contact us to confirm the return eligibility period for your item.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to an error on our end (e.g., defective or damaged item, wrong product delivered), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Non-Defective Returns: If you wish to return an item for other reasons (e.g., incorrect item ordered, change of mind), return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Once approved, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Monogrammed, personalised, and special-order items.
  • Items damaged due to normal wear and tear.

How to Request a Return or Refund

    • Your order number
    • The item(s) you’d like to return
    • The reason for the return
  2. We will provide return instructions, including the return address and any required documentation.
  3. Ship the item back following the provided instructions.

Important Notes

  • Inspect Your Delivery: If your package arrives damaged, document the damage with the courier and notify us immediately.
  • For Custom Orders: If your order includes customisation, please contact us immediately after placing your order to ensure the details are acknowledged.
