Eligibility & Refund Details
- Return Window: Items can be returned within 15–30 days of receiving the order, depending on the product. Contact us to confirm the return eligibility period for your item.
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to an error on our end (e.g., defective or damaged item, wrong product delivered), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Non-Defective Returns: If you wish to return an item for other reasons (e.g., incorrect item ordered, change of mind), return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
- Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Once approved, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Monogrammed, personalised, and special-order items.
- Items damaged due to normal wear and tear.
